On September 7, 2023, at the State Institution "Republican Clinical Medical Center" under the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus, a meeting was held with the official delegation of Equatorial Guinea, led by the First Lady Constance Mangue de Obiang, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, Mitoha Ondo Ayekaba, and the Minister of Social Affairs and Gender Equality of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, Consuelo Ngema Oyana, among others.

During the meeting, Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Belarus, Yuri Gorbich, introduced the guests to the capabilities of Belarusian medicine and pharmaceuticals, as well as the healthcare system of the Republic of Belarus. A separate discussion focused on mental health issues. This topic was discussed with the presence of the Director of the State Institution "Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Mental Health," Alexander Khodzhaev.

During the negotiations, the guests learned about the capabilities and structure of the State Institution "Republican Clinical Medical Center" under the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus. The Chief Physician of the center, Irina Abelskaya, conducted a tour for the distinguished guests, showcasing the center's high multidisciplinary clinical potential and the possibilities of the Clinical Educational Simulation Center for training highly qualified medical specialists.
